APGI Policies


APGI requires at least 50% deposit at the initial request of services.
Once artwork has begun, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No personal checks are accepted on final payments.
Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $35.00 fee + bank fees.

All products designed by APGI are the property of APGI and may be purchased at an additional charge.

APGI guarantees color quality at approximately 90%, due to different calibration on every printer.

Additional revisions made after the 2nd proof run will be assessed a $25.00 fee.

The client may unilaterally terminate printing agreement at any time. Upon notification to terminate, APGI will delete all master images on it's hard drive and deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please take special care in reviewing artwork placement and technical words for spelling.

Orders will not be placed into production until we have customer approval of the artwork.

Any errors or omissions not caught at the proof stage are the responsibility of the customer.
